This place is amazing! VERY CLEAN and the staff are super friendly! My stylist, Carrie, is the best. My hair had not been done since before the COVID shutdown. Now it looks great and feels so good!

After 10 years with the same salon, I just switched to Tangled Up. Let me tell you . . . I wish I had done it as soon as they opened last year. My old salon treated me like they were doing me a favor taking my money. Tangled Up is the epitome of a CLASSY SALON without the stuck up attitudes from a salon owner and front desk staff. The owner of Tangled Up introduced herself to me because I was a new client, the front desk master is funny and a pleasure to interact with and the entire salon is welcoming and comfortable. And when I say comfortable, how about this is the first time EVER that my neck doesn't hurt after getting shampooed. They have magical sink bowls that are actually comfortable for the customer. I could go on and on but I will just say you need to try this salon. They are a breath of fresh air in the salon world that I have been trapped in for 10 years.

I've been a client of Nikki's for over six years. She is brilliant with curly hair and an artist at color. During the quarantine, I got a bit desperate and tried to color my own hair. Nikki fixed the damage and the depth of color is truly amazing. Both of my boys get their hair cut here with Taylor, who always takes time to listen and work with them. Tangled Up Salon is the best in Hampton Roads. Side note: Their COVID procedures and protocols are very impressive. So, what are you waiting for? Go get even more beautiful! 🙂

All of the Ladies are so friendly (even if you aren't their client) My stylist Nikki is a miracle worker with hair and pretty much everything. She makes suggestions and recommendations that are what will honestly be best for me (cut, color, and products). I refer my family and friends to Tangled Up Salon.

My hairstylist unfortunately was sick the day I had my appointment but instead of canceling they all came together and did my hair and it look and feels amazing!
